About me

My name is Yasmin Reeves and I set up my painting and decorating company in 2011. I am proud to offer a professional and bespoke painting and decorating service.

As a hobby I always painted my own home but, like many, life can get in the way of creating your desired requirements. I was looking for a female painter and decorator but struggled to find any. I felt that woman trade services were under-represented. This was the starting point of my company being formed.

Fast forward to 2023 and I am pretty much a well-established company. I have since completed a Level 3 NVQ in Painting and decorating, set up a painting and decorating workshop in Rwanda, and taught painting and decorating in a prison and a college. On top of all of that,  I have been voted “Best Business” in the Medway areas for 7 years running!

My team and I work in residential and commercial properties. We were fortunate to be able to work on Late Queen Elizabeth II’s, royal barge in 2018!

Yasmin Reeves – Founder & Managing Director

Relevant Qualifications:
• Painting & Decorating NOCN Level 3
• Painting and Decorating Level 2 City & Guilds
• Business Studies A level

I am a highly motivated individual with a passion to help you create a stunning home. I worked on the Late Queen Elizabeth II’s, personal row barge in 2018, undertaking restoration work and gilding. If I am not personally involved in your project you can be assured that I will oversee all the work being carried out by my team. I have also worked as a painting & decorating lecturer and taught painting & decorating in Rochester Cat C prison, and Rochester Young Offenders Institution. My work has not stopped there, as I have also set up a painting & decorating workshop in Rwanda, Africa. Training Alumni of an orphange, trade skills, to be able to earn a living for themselves.

Bradley Mead – Qualified Painter & Decorator

Relevant Qualifications:
• Painting and Decorating Level 2 City & Guilds.

Bradley join us September 2023. Bradley used to work as a sub-contractor for Red Row Housing, but applied to Allpoints Painters to gain job stability and change up his working environment. He shows dedication to each working day and has already gained new skills since joining the team.

Hannah Bowen –  Painter & Decorator

Hannah joined us in July 2023, she is being trained in the masters of painting and decorating, and has come along way since then. She has completed a wallpapering course along with in house training. Hannah was new to the painting and decorating scene. However, she doesn’t seem to shy away from hard work. She is skilled in graphic design but prefers to be out and about with changes of scenery.

 

Noori Noorulhaq – Painter, Decorator and tiler

Relevant Qualifications:
• Degree in Architectural Design
• Painting and Decorating Level 2 City & Guilds
• Tiling and Construction Level 3 City & Guilds

Noori has worked with me since 2013. We studied together at college, on our Level 2 NVQ in Painting and Decorating. He now works with me on an adhock basis, and when I have an overflow of work. He is a professional and dedicated to his job. He was a full time employee but has spread his wings and set up his own company.
