About me

My name is Yasmin Reeves, and I am the proud founder of Allpoints Painters & Decorators, which I established in 2011. From the very beginning, my mission was clear: to offer a professional, high-quality, and bespoke painting and decorating service that goes beyond what most people expect.

My passion for painting started as a hobby—over the years, I painted my own home, transforming spaces into something I truly loved. However, like many people, I found that life often got in the way of achieving my dream home, and the time and effort it took to make everything perfect was overwhelming. During this time, I also realised there was a significant gap in the market: I was searching for a female painter and decorator to help bring my vision to life, but couldn’t find any. It dawned on me that women in the trades, especially painting and decorating, were underrepresented. This realisation became the driving force behind the creation of my company, and I set out to fill this gap.

Fast forward to 2025, and Allpoints Painters & Decorators is now a well-established and trusted name in the industry. Over the years, I’ve continuously honed my skills and expanded my knowledge. I completed a Level 3 NVQ in Painting and Decorating, which has been crucial in refining the quality and craftsmanship of the services we provide. But I didn’t stop there—my mission has always been to push the boundaries of what a painting and decorating business can offer. In 2018, I set up a workshop in Rwanda, teaching painting and decorating skills to local people, empowering them with the knowledge to pursue their own careers in the trade.

I’ve also had the opportunity to teach painting and decorating at both a college and a prison, which has been incredibly rewarding. These experiences not only allowed me to share my expertise, but they also gave me the chance to inspire others and create a positive impact on their lives.

In addition to my professional accomplishments, I’m proud to say that Allpoints Painters & Decorators has been voted “Best Business” in the Medway area for 9 consecutive years. This recognition is a testament to the hard work and dedication of my incredible team, who share my passion for delivering the highest quality service to every client.

Together with my team, we specialise in both residential and commercial projects. From redecorating homes to handling larger commercial contracts, we take pride in each and every job. One of the highlights of our career was being fortunate enough to work on the royal barge of the late Queen Elizabeth II in 2018—a truly once-in-a-lifetime experience that we will always remember.

As a woman in the trade, I am proud of the path I’ve carved and continue to lead with a commitment to quality, innovation, and inclusivity. My journey is a testament to the idea that passion, hard work, and determination can break down barriers and create opportunities where they may not have existed before.

Yasmin Reeves – Founder & Managing Director

I am a highly motivated individual with a passion to help you create a stunning home. I worked on the Late Queen Elizabeth II’s, personal row barge in 2018, undertaking restoration work and gilding. If I am not personally involved in your project you can be assured that I will oversee all the work being carried out by my team. I have also worked as a painting & decorating lecturer and taught painting & decorating in Rochester Cat C prison, and Rochester Young Offenders Institution. My work has not stopped there, as I have also set up a painting & decorating workshop in Rwanda, Africa. Training Alumni of an orphange, trade skills, to be able to earn a living for themselves.

Zoe Winfield – HR and business support

Zoe Winfield previously served as the Executive Assistant to the Chairman & Managing Director at Veetee Group, bringing over 25 years of administrative expertise to “Over to Me.” She specialises in senior diary management and event coordination, demonstrating a high level of proficiency in these areas. As a dedicated and professional EA, Zoe is known for her exceptional organizational skills and thorough approach to her work, consistently delivering outstanding results. Steve Bell – Team leader.

Steve is a new addition, he has quickly taken on the role of a team leader. He shows commitment, dedication and inititive to get the job done. Katheryn – Trainee Painter & Decorator.

 

Kathryn is a new addition to the team. She currently works part time, learning the basics of preparation. Katheryn is under the wing of Hannah. Katheryn is a hard working individual, with the right attitude to get stuck in with learning the ropes.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 Grace Rolph – Qualified painter and decorator.

Grace is a new addition to the team, she is a qualifed level 2 painters and decorator, she brings a vast knowledge of skill sets to the team and does not shy away from hard work. She will assist with residential properties.

 

 

 

 

Tiah Francis – Qualified painter and decorator

Tiah joined the same time as Grace, she is qualified in what she does and takes pride in her work.
